4.4. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

5.3. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through our Services.
6.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
6.2. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Regulatory Monitor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website or through other communications. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
